Construction industry imp driver of economic growth and development- Khairnar-Patil

Alike developed countries, in our country too numerous opportunities are coming up making this sector a leader in progressive industries.” stated CREDAI Maharashtra President Pramod Khairnar-Patil.
He was speaking at the 9th annual convention "MAHACON-2024" of CREDAI Maharashtra, recently held at the Ariana Convention Center in Da Nang, Vietnam. More than 400 members participated in this convention from approximately 35 cities of Maharashtra.
It was inaugurated at the hands of J. Ram Reddy, Secretary of CREDAI-National. He emphasized the need for such conventions to be held at the international level to encourage developers.
Khairnar-Patil discussed CREDAI Maharashtra's annual plans, initiatives, and objectives. Former President of CREDAI Maharashtra, Anant Rajegavkar, shared his "words of wisdom" with attendees. Secretary of CREDAI Maharashtra and organizer of Mahacon, Ashish Pokharna, proposed the event. Former President Rajendrasingh Jabbinda and Secretary Rajiv Parikh of CREDAI Maharashtra were also present.
The convention's sessions provided attendees with guidance from renowned figures in the construction sector. Notably, Mr. James Law discussed futuristic architecture for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, Raghuraj Pandya discussed artificial intelligence and new technologies in construction, Dr. Anil Lamba discussed increasing profits in projects, Shravi Sarangan discussed high-rise buildings - opportunities and challenges, Avinash Poddar discussed RERA, IT, and GST from the perspective of real estate, Aniket Bharadia and Muralikrishna Vhi discussed start-ups and funds diversity in real estate, while Sonu Sharma discussed the success blueprint for real estate businesses.
